Hey, October is finally here!
Probably, you are so excited about the Octobeer festival in your place. Whilst,
it is gonna be a different October for me. Not just different, I think it’s
scary and difficult too (ssshhh…). Why? It is because I am going to take the 30
Day AB challenge. I don’t know who first created the program but I am
interested to know the result. So, I will try it.
No one forces me to do it. This
is my style of returning the favor to the ONE who gave this body. Also, I know
it’s not good to walk around with tummy heading in front of me. Can you imagine
that? Yes, it’s like a walking pregnant woman in the street. (No harm to any
pregnant woman in the world, I love them.) My problem is I am single. Though, I
am single some would think and even ask me; “how many months?” That’s not
really good to hear but it’s the truth. I can smile over it but it’s a wake-up call
that I have to do something about it. Although, people around me influenced me
to do this in some ways but this decision is purely upon my will.

This 30 day AB challenge requires
me to dedicate at least an hour a day or even less than. So, I think it’s a
feasible strategy. My target is to do it every morning between 10:00am and
12:00pm. I will prepare water, outfit and towel. It is like taking a bath, huh!? Oh,
the local emergency number too. That’s in case of emergency in between. You
should know I am not a professional on this. So, I might need it but I hope I won’t.
That’s it! I will start on October 1, 2013. You can join me virtually, if you
like.
In the end, we will be the one to
benefit the positive result and we can even share to others. If we fail, then
we can try other AB exercises. For someone’s who is determine to achieve the
goal, there’s no harm in trying.
